A Training Program Built for Senior Care Leaders
Ageism: Making the Invisible, Visible is an engaging workshop designed for retirement home directors, senior living administrators, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the dignity and wellbeing of older adults. The CBB produced a compelling video (actors, writers, producers ALL seniors) featuring dramatic vignettes that bring ageism out of the shadows — followed by facilitated small-group discussions that build genuine self-awareness and lasting cultural change.
